Before making a reservation at Spruce Park on the River, we encourage you to review our policies and guidelines. This information is designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, aligning expectations with the standards we uphold in our park.

Our Policies and Guidelines

Welcome to Spruce Park On The River. We want to make your stay both pleasant and comfortable. Should you need any information, please feel free to inquire at the Park Office. Help us make your stay here more enjoyable through your cooperation with the following simple rules:


Year

No RV's older than the year 2000 without permission from management


Check-In

No check-ins after 9 pm. Check-in after 1 p.m. on day of arrival. All guests and visitors must check in when initially entering the park. It may be possible to make arrangements for an earlier check in. 


Check-Out

Check-out before 11 a.m. on day of departure. Please make arrangements prior to 

10 a.m. if staying an extra night.


Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.


Tables

Limit of one (1) picnic table per campsite.


RV Guests

Outdoor area rugs are prohibited on campsites. Absolutely NO MATS on the GRASS! 

All outside gear needs to be off the lawn for maintenance


SPEED LIMIT

5 per hour 

Children at Play - PLEASE DRIVE SLOW!!!!


Tent Guests

If you are visiting the campground for three or more days, please move your tent one tent-length on your third day. Tent camping is restricted to a 7 night stay.


Vehicles

Limit 1 vehicle per camp site. ( Additional parking is available in the guest parking area if needed.)

All vehicles must display a valid Campground parking permit. A vehicle without a proper parking permit is subject to tow at owner's expense. Vehicles must not block the road or adjacent campsite(s). Speed limit is 5 MPH.


Visitors

 Visitor must park in visitor parking. Visitor hours are from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m.


Repairs

NO mechanical engine repairs including: Oil Changes, transmission repair, etc. Broke down vehicles must be towed out for repairs. 


Children

Parents are responsible at all times for their children’s safety and behavior. Please supervise small children in showers and restrooms, and do not allow children to play in the roadway or other guest's RV sites. If children are not old enough to navigate the combination lock on restrooms, they are not old enough to be alone in restrooms.


Laundry

Laundry room is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. (Memorial Day – Labor Day). Please do not hang clothes on lines or trees at campsite. Check with office for off winter season hours.


Pets

(All pets must be registered with the Campground Office)

No Pit Bulls allowed. The charge per pet is $2.00 per day. We require pets to be on a physical leash at all times, and may not be left unattended at campsites. Electronic collars are not considered a physical leash. Animals may not be tethered to utility fixtures, picnic tables, trees or in fence pens. Please take your dogs to designated areas regularly as we are an old park and do not have a sprinkler system to wash away urine it kills the grass and it's unfair to the next guests who may have children playing in grass. Animal waste must be picked up by the pet owner in pet areas. $100.00 FINE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CARD IF WASTE OR DAMAGE FROM DOGS ARE DISCOVERED AFTER YOUR DEPARTURE.


Restrooms and Showers

Two facilities are available. Due to Board of Health Regulations, animals and the washing of dishes are prohibited in the restrooms. 


Campfires & Fireworks 

Personal charcoal and propane grills are permitted. Do not put hot coals in garbage containers. Campfires may be permissible throughout the year depending upon Fire Danger in the area, please check with park office. Fireworks are Prohibited on the Park premises and on Property (NO FIREWORKS)!


Garbage

Please clean up after yourself by depositing all garbage in the dumpsters located throughout the RV park. 


After-Hours Assistance/Security

Should you have an emergency dial - 911, and notify park management immediately.


Trees

Trees, and the shade they provide, are an integral part of an enjoyable Campground experience. However, healthy and well-maintained trees pose a natural hazard of falling debris, such as leaves and branches, especially during windy and/or extreme weather conditions. We do not assume responsibility for these natural hazards or for any property damage, injury or other circumstances that may result. Please take this into consideration when parking in RV Park & Campground and while enjoying Park.


Park management and Ownership is not responsible for any loss, damage or claims to person, pet, or property of guests due to fire, theft, accidents or any other causes. Guests and their visitors agree to use the RV park at their own risk. The management also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Having in possession weapons such as firearms, knives, chains, etc. while outside a personal camping vehicle is not permitted on property. RV Park Management may close certain sites and areas of the Campground for landscaping and maintenance throughout the season. 

Guests will also be held responsible for damages to site i.e. broken electrical boxes, water faucets, etc. Your card will be charged for the damages.


Cancelations

Cancelation requests made more than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit. However, a nominal administrative fee of 10% of the total reservation price will be deducted to cover processing costs.


For cancelations made within 7 days of the arrival date, the full deposit amount will be non-refundable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage guests to notify us as early as possible to minimize any inconveniences.
